Timothy R. Nelson Honored on 2021 Notable Gen X Leaders in Accounting, Consulting and Law List Published by Crain's Chicago Business
Aronberg Goldgehn is proud to announce Timothy R. Nelson has been selected to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2021 Notable Gen X Leaders in Accounting, Consulting and Law list. Tim’s inclusion in this esteemed list directly results from his dedication to his diverse client network and advancement of the firm and local community.
At 34, Tim was entrusted with a management role as Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Law and Transactions practice group and has since implemented effective strategies to increase the diversity and productivity of the group. He further molds the next generation of high-powered attorneys by co-leading Aronberg Goldgehn’s formal mentoring program in which he prepares attorneys assigned to the Business Law and Transactions practice group.
Continuing the development of the firm, Tim serves on the Executive Committee of Netlink Alliance, an international network of mid-sized law firms, which facilitates the firm’s ability to remain competitive in the global space by connecting clients with high-quality legal counsel around the world.
Outside of the firm, Tim takes an active role in improving the community around him. He currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Salvation Army Harbor Light Center of Chicago. In the past, Tim successfully ran for Ogden Dunes public office, serving a three-year term as Town Council member and was also President, and he recently completed a term as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Discovery Charter School.
