On Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, Alan S. Wernick will join a panel discussion at The Ohio State Bar Association Federal Courts & Practice Committee Bench Bar Conference. His panel will present at 10:30 a.m. on the topic of “Social Media and the Internet.”
The panel will address the intersection of social media, the internet, and the law. They will discuss online defamation, copyright, trademark, and trade secret protection, and other hot topics in this burgeoning area of the law.
