The Private Equity Technology Podcast, produced and hosted by Alex Agran, explores how technology is important to Private Equity transactions and the successful operations of portfolio companies. In each episode, Alex Agran and his guests discuss different aspects of technology that are critical to the success of Private Equity investments.

In the January 29, 2018, episode, Timothy Nelson addresses the role of the attorney in mergers and acquisitions and as general counsel for Private Equity portfolio companies. Tim Nelson is Co-Chair of the Business Law & Transactions Group at Aronberg Goldgehn. He represents clients in a broad range of matters and transactions. He often serves as outside general counsel for middle market and privately held businesses in a variety of industries, providing counsel on a broad range of legal, business and strategic matters.
