06.29.17

On August 1, 2017, Aronberg Goldgehn member Amy Gibson will cover the ins and outs of the new paid sick leave rules in a Q&A presentation/session to the Greater Chicago Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

Both Cook County and the City of Chicago have passed ordinances (collectively the “Paid Sick Leave Ordinances”) establishing a right to paid sick leave for certain employees who work within Cook County or the City of Chicago. The Paid Sick Leave Ordinances became effective on July 1, 2017.

During the presentation, Amy will provide answers and address concerns of the attendees concerning compliance with the ordinances.

The presentation, hosted by Aronberg Goldgehn, will be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the 14th Floor Conference Center of 330 North Wabash Ave. It will also be available live via webinar.
