Paul Fisher to Present on "Bad-Boy" Guaranties

Aronberg Goldgehn’s Paul Fisher will co-present a 90-minute webinar on non-recourse carve-outs and “bad-boy” guaranties hosted by Strafford on Tuesday, January 16 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm Central time.

Paul will co-present with Kyung S. Lee from Shannon & Lee. Their presentation will cover avoiding and resolving lender and guarantor disputes in and out of bankruptcy, including:
