David A. Johnson Appointed as Vice-Chair of ISBA Business Advice & Financial Planning Section Council

Aronberg Goldgehn is proud to announce David A. Johnson has been appointed to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Business Advice & Financial Planning Section Council for 2023-2024.

In this leadership role, David will serve the ISBA’s 27,000 plus members by:

• Attending and participating in meetings
• Contributing regularly to the newsletter
• Assisting in the development and production of CLE programs

David is a corporate attorney representing family-owned and sponsor backed middle market companies in acquisitions, divestitures and as outside general counsel. He also represents lead investors, family offices and companies growing through venture capital investment or private offerings of debt and equity and related governance issues.
