Aronberg Goldgehn Co-Managing Member Jerry Holisky joined fellow legal professionals at the Legal Netlink Alliance 2021 Fall Conference at the DuPont Hotel in Wilmington, Delaware to share best practices to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal industry.

Continuing the firm’s mission to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Jerry and several other lawyers from around the country, including Master Selena E. Molina of the Delaware Court of Chancery, presented “Best Practice Panel Discussion – Law Firm Diversity.”

Jerry and the other panelists examined current gender and racial disparities and advised how law firms could enhance leadership opportunities and promotions. Jerry also provided tips on diversity hiring and explained how Mansfield certification could signal to a new generation of lawyers that a particular firm values diversity in hiring, promoting and recruiting leaders.
