Both John and Jerry are Co-Founders of the CBA’s Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Disputes committee.

John is the current CBA Treasurer and Co-Founder of the CBA’s Mediation program. He has nearly 35 years of trial and litigation experience advocating for clients in complex civil litigation, arbitration, mediation and business counseling matters with a special emphasis on complex civil trial and appellate cases brought in federal and state courts and tribunals throughout the United States.

Jerry is a seasoned business lawyer who concentrates his practice on the legal concerns of closely held companies, their owners and management disputes. In the past 25 years, Jerry has represented majority owners and management as well as employees and individuals holding a minority interest in the enterprise in a wide range of contested transactions.
