John C. Sciaccotta Discusses New CBA Mediation Service with Chicago Daily Law Bulletin

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney John C. Sciaccotta discussed the Chicago Bar Association’s new endeavor in the mediation business with Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

The mediation program, which launched in September 2020, is a service that allows CBA members with at least 10 years of legal practice experience to become mediators after completing an intensive mediation and negotiation course.

John was instrumental in the service’s concept and launch according to Judge Thomas Mulroy, Chairperson of the service.

John commented on the program, stating this alternative to litigation has received great interest from members, offers smaller case clients an affordable and time-saving option and is a great opportunity for members to generate revenue for their law firms.
