On March 5, 2020, Nate Lichtenstein will present “Valuation of Closely Held Businesses,” as part of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers educational series.
Nate and his co-presenter, Brandi Ruffalo, will present on the topic from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 134 North LaSalle St., Room 775.
The Decalogue Society of Lawyers is an accredited MCLE provider. This class is offered free of charge to the public. However, CLE credit is available only to members of Decalogue and co-sponsoring organizations.

Nate is Co-Chair of Aronberg Goldgehn's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including probate and trust matters, breach of contract claims, fraud and consumer fraud actions, trademark and copyright infringement cases, shareholder derivative suits, federal tax litigation, employment matters and unfair competition claims.
He has extensive experience in banking, insurance, real estate, employment, viaticals and life settlements, as well as corporate matters, including ownership and management disputes - often described as "business divorce."
In the course of his practice, Nate has represented a broad range of corporate and commercial clients, including financial institutions, title insurance companies, advertising agencies, viatical and life settlement providers and brokers, and companies in the manufacturing and service industries. He has tried cases throughout the United States in state and federal courts, has argued cases before state and federal appellate courts, and has represented numerous clients in domestic and international arbitration hearings.
