Nate Lichtenstein Co-Presenting "Valuation of Closely Held Businesses" at a Decalogue Society Of Lawyers CLE Program

On March 5, 2020, Nate Lichtenstein will present “Valuation of Closely Held Businesses,” as part of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers educational series.

Nate and his co-presenter, Brandi Ruffalo, will present on the topic from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 134 North LaSalle St., Room 775.

The Decalogue Society of Lawyers is an accredited MCLE provider. This class is offered free of charge to the public. However, CLE credit is available only to members of Decalogue and co-sponsoring organizations.

About Nate Lichtenstein

Nate is Co-Chair of Aronberg Goldgehn's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including probate and trust matters, breach of contract claims, fraud and consumer fraud actions, trademark and copyright infringement cases, shareholder derivative suits, federal tax litigation, employment matters and unfair competition claims.
